Barclays Capital cover the screen and the logistics and’s my pleasure to introduce the team Mammen, CFO IPG Photonics; laser fibers leading suppliers. Tim, please.

Thank you, (inaudible). A few legal things, first of all I draw your attention to the safe harbor statement in our presentation, and also to the fact that we are going to make some forward-looking statements here. I refer you to the risk factors in q and K, and also remind you that our actual results could differ from any forward-looking statements we make today.

Some overview to IPG Photonics. The company is credited with being the leading producers and companies that really commercialized high-performance fiber lasers and amplifiers. Our products are displacing traditional laser Technologies worldwide including CO2 lasers and Nd: Software and other solid system. We sell our products globally through particularly equipment manufacturers who place their systems so laser in laser like machine as well as directly to end users who are likely to vary between applications through marking, engraving, cutting applications we generally tend to sell items through the OEM and then on welding and microprocessing more directly. We have a global operation with approximately 2,000 employees. The company went public nearly five years ago. We are headquartered in Oxford, Massachusetts.

The market for fiber laser is expanding fast enough, I’ll talk about that later in the presentation. In some applications we already have about 60% market share in other people’s as low as 15 or 20%. The Total market for lasers as the transition to seek more efficient and productive way to manufacture the products as well as do a few things that are quite esoteric like, using a laser to weld drill oil and gas wells, meaning opportunities for growing companies.
